Kids in Tech (KIT)
Our Flagship Youth Innovation Initiative
Kids in Tech (KIT) is CodeHero Foundation’s flagship youth innovation initiative designed to celebrate creativity, curiosity, and confidence in young Technologists.
KIT brings children and teens together in an inclusive, supportive environment where they can
- Showcase projects they’ve built
- Participate in age-appropriate Tech challenges
- Collaborate with peers from different communities
- Gain exposure to mentors, role models, and industry professionals
Rather than competition alone, KIT emphasizes learning, participation, and confidence-building.
Who KIT Is For
Children and teens ages 7–17
Beginners and early-stage learners
Youth curious about Tech, innovation, and problem-solving
Students from communities with limited access to Tech opportunities
Why KIT Matters

KIT provides:
